My personal goal for P.E class is to lose an inch and a half off my lower abs. I think this a realistic goal but it will equire 100% commitment and determination. Seeing as I have recently began workoing out regularly, i now need to regulate my eating habits. TO be a little more specific when it comes to me working out again, my plan is to:
-Participate to my full potential in P.E class ( big emphasis on the walk up the dreaded 10th street hill)
-Knowing that our vancouver weather is very unreliable, I will include an alternating routine over 2 days. Day 1: jog for 45 min
Day 2: Use the gym and do cardio + weight training for 90 min
NOW, the difficult part is watching my food intake and sticking to my nutritional plan. Reffering back to my "Food Matters" post, i have decided that all my meals will consist of a minimum of 51% raw food. Also, I came to the conclusion that I do not hydrate myself enough. Here is a more comprehendable list of nutritional tachtics:
- A MINIMUM of 2L of water / day ( 8 glasses)
- A MINIMUM of 5 fruits / day
- A MINIMUM of 3 vegetables /day
NO JUNK FOOD!!!! ok maybe on sundays..BUT OTHERWISE BETTER NOT CATCH MYSELF WITH A FRIED POTATO IN MY HAND*)W&*$Y^U*#QW^YUT%R$R#@@!@!!
As far as all other foods, If i don't feel guilt eating it then I can certainly eat it.
I feel this isn't a necessarily difficult plan to stick to, and If all goes well, I should see my beach stomach magically appear on the morning of July 1ST.
I will be seeing you soon, Ab fairy.....sooooooonnnn.....................
Watch the perogies...killer carbs. :)
ReplyDeleteVery detailed and specific! The inches lost might be a little difficult in the time you've given yourself. (and i don't think you need to loss any of it)
ReplyDeleteYour addition of water, I applaud you, I drink a lot, but not that much (maybe on a hot active day in the Summer).
And personally, I find it easier to have my "free" day, eating whatever I want on a Friday night or Saturday. It's always good to give your body a "free" day, it gives it a chance to reset, and limits cravings.
Keep us posted on your progress.
